Apple Login: We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. We do not collect or store your email address or name from Apple. Your Apple ID is only used for login authentication and not linked to personally identifiable information within our app.
Uploaded Images: You may upload images to generate coloring pages. These images are uploaded to our secure cloud storage to facilitate image processing and to allow recovery in case of connection loss or accidental deletion of the app.
Generated Images: When you use our app's AI-powered features, your images may be processed by third-party AI services solely for the purpose of image generation.

2. How We Use Your Information

To allow you to generate images using our AI-based services.
To temporarily store your uploaded and generated images, ensuring you don't lose access due to technical issues.

3. Storage and Retention

Cloud Storage: Uploaded and generated images are securely stored on our cloud servers to ensure recovery is possible.
Account Deletion: All stored user account information and images are deleted automatically after 30 days of entering the Account Deletion process. You can delete your account in the menu of the ColorInMe! app.
No Personal Information: We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your name or email address.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party AI-service providers to generate images from your prompts or uploaded files. These services process your images solely for feature delivery.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may delete your images at any time within the app.
If you wish to request removal of images or have questions about your data, please contact us with the button at the bottom of this page.

6. Security

We implement security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. Uploaded content is stored securely and is only accessible by your Apple Account.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.
